VMware中国研发中心云原生实验室一直致力于前沿领域的创新工作，包括诸多开源项目的开发和推广工作，包括成功创立并开发国内外用户普遍使用的 Harbor 容器镜像仓库、参与贡献联邦学习（FML）开源项目 FATE / KubeFATE / FATE-Operator，在社区中有深远的影响力。
为满足项目发展需要，现招聘高级开发工程师1名（ Sr MTS ），开发机器学习等领域的开源项目 。项目涉及多个业界热门前沿的技术领域，和业界大咖合作，灵活工作时间和地点，不加班，生活工作平衡，欢迎大家踊跃投递简历或转发给需要的朋友！
职位要求：
- 计算机科学或相近专业本科以上学历
- 4年以上信息领域工作经验
- 熟悉机器学习的算法和建模，有项目方面经验，有联邦学习、隐私计算等经验或密码学背景优先
- 熟 悉 Kubeflow, Tensorflow, PyTorch，FATE，KubeFATE 等机器学习框架优先
- 熟悉一门现代编程语言，如 Go, Python, Java, C++
- 对云原生技术，如容器，K8s等有较多的项目经验优先
- 熟悉开源软件社区运作，参与过开源项目贡献者优先
- 具有英语沟通和阅读能力，可以和国际团队协作。
- BS or above in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4+ years of industry working experience and hands-on development.
- Experienced in Machine Learning is a plus, experience in federated learning and/or privacy perserving computing is preferred.
- familiar with frameworks and projects is a plus, such as Kubeflow, Tensorflow, PyTorch，FATE / KubeFATE is a plus.
- Experienced in one of modern programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++.
- Hands-on experience on cloud native technologies such as container, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience on virtualization, knowledge on vSphere platform is a plus.
- Familiar with open source community, contribution to open source projects is a plus.
- Excellent English and communication skills and capability of cooperating with remote peers.
